The idea of starting the firm was brain child of one youth graduate mechanical engineer Mr. Ashish Kumar Chhabra who was working as a production engineer in a reputed Shoe Manufacturing Company of India. He noticed that almost all the machines in footwear Industries were imported and there was hardly any company who was either manufacturing or over hauling of old machines.
